At American Residential Services, employees are part of the family. When the unthinkable happens to a member of the ARS family, the David M. Slott Employee Assistance Foundation is there to help by providing financial support for employees facing unexpected hardships.
Founded in 2021, the Employee Assistance Foundation exemplifies the Company's mission of offering comfort to those in need. Areas of support include providing funds for funeral expenses of an immediate family member, loss of home due to a natural disaster or fire, extraordinary expenses related to an unexpected life-threatening or terminal illness, or rental housing deemed uninhabitable or condemned.
Funding for the Foundation comes directly from fellow ARS employees, the Company, and the Slott family. ARS employees in need may apply for assistance from the Employee Assistance Foundation by completing the form below.
